Front:

• Brick in planter on side of walkway
• Get rid of palm trees
• Remove screen door
• Update mailbox (cut in garage?)
• Clean or get new lights
• Update address numbers

Entryway/Hallway:

• Paint front door and trim
• Install new door sill
• Remove blinds and get new window coverings
• Finish baseboards
• Hang pictures

Living room:

• Paint between fireplace and new mantel
• Secure mantel to wall
• Redo molding on top of fireplace wall
• Finish hanging artwork

Kitchen:

• Finish baseboards
• Buy and install new oven and microwave
• Clean up paint trim
• Get some art on the walls

Guest bath:

• Hang mirror
• Re-calk sink
• Decorate

Master:

• Install new window/french doors

Master Bath:

• Remove doors and build new curtain valence system
• New fan
• New floor
• New toilet
